The London headquarters of the worldwide Music Sales organisation is the base for Chief Operating Officer, Chris Butler.
Four floors of modern offices house the editorial and production teams for all the publishing imprints, copyrights professionals, art and design staff, marketing and publicity executives. Chester Music, Novello & Company and Campbell Connelly promotions staff are also based here.
A professionally equipped 24-track studio in the building provides demo tapes for advertising agencies, TV and film companies. We also produce a wide range of audio cassettes, and the studio is also used by our computer experts and musicians who are continually developing new music software for the Special Projects Division.
Altogether, some 50 full-time staff (and a number of top freelance arrangers, designers, musicians and programmers) are based at the London HQ, which is linked directly by computer to the Distribution Centre in Bury St. Edmunds, where a further 150 staff are involved in sales and marketing, shipping, accounting and distribution.
